Chanda McGuffin facilitates race relation, diversity training, bridging the gap, conflict resolution, team building and church leadership workshops.

Workshops can be 3 and 4 hours.  $175/hour* with $175 non refundable deposit. Deposit will be taken off the final bill.

Additional fees: $100 Travel Fee in Virginia.  Outside of Virginia will be based on travel plans that need to be made.

Sharon Fitz will moderate forums with experts in the field on topics of race relations, criminal justice, social justice issues education 

and building a plan of action to change laws in your area.

She has experience with lobbying and writing resolutions that impact laws that citizens want changed or put into effect.

Chanda and Sharon both conduct conferences and summits.  The target market would depend on the focus of the conference or summit.  After a free 30 minute consultation, you will know which event you would like to hold.

We will be responsible for getting the team of facilitators and/or speakers.  We have a ticketing platform that will be dedicated just to your event for RISE to collect sponsorship money and ticket sales.  Usually organizations get businesses or individuals to sponsor the community event that covers our fee.

Cost is a minimum of $5,000

Travel fee and supply fee will be discussed after initial consultation.
